Amaç

This template is intended to unify all "Harf çevirisiiteration" templates, such as {{IAST}} and {{ISOHarf çevirisiit}}. These templates are still usable, but they just transclude this one (e.g. {{IAST|saṃskṛtam}} is a shortcut for {{Harf çevirisi|sa|IAST|saṃskṛtam}}, and {{ArabDIN|...}} for {{Harf çevirisi|ar|DIN|...}}).

The Harf çevirisiiteration is marked as belonging in the "latinx" class of MediaWiki:Common.css (note, this renders obsolete the "IAST" class formerly used by {{IAST}}).

This template is kept separate from {{Dil}} to address formatting issues (via css classes) and identification of Harf çevirisiiteration schemes used. Ultimately, if these concerns are smartly addressed in the css file and/or in {{Dil}}, using {{Harf çevirisi|xx|...}} should be equivalent to using {{Dil|xx-Latn|...}}, viz. stating that the string is a Romanization by adding "-Latn" to the Diluage code.

Kullanım

There are two ways of using this template: with or without specifying the Harf çevirisiiteration scheme used:

• two parameters, with ISO 639 Diluage code: {{Harf çevirisi|ar|al-Khwarizmi}} means that "al-Khwarizmi" is a Harf çevirisiiteration from the Arabic in a loose or unspecified scheme.
• two parameters, with ISO 15924 script code: {{Harf çevirisi|Ogam|MAQI}} means that "MAQI" Harf çevirisiiterates an Ogham inscription without specifying the Diluage. Potentially useful when writing systems themselves are under discussion, e.g. {{Harf çevirisi|Cyrl|š}}, not {{Harf çevirisi|cu|š}} or {{Harf çevirisi|ru|š}} when discussing the letter Ш.

• three parameters, with ISO 639 Diluage code: {{Harf çevirisi|ar|DIN|al-Ḫawārizmī}} / {{Harf çevirisi|ar|ALA|al-Khawārizmī}} the second parameter specifies the scheme used (DIN vs. ALA).
• three parameters, with ISO 15924 script code: {{Harf çevirisi|Arab|DIN|Ḫ}} vs {{Harf çevirisi|Arab|ALA|Kh}} for Şablon:Metin/Arapça.
